Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 176 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a <br />cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public <br />Safety for the project entitled Community Oriented Policing <br />(COPS) Grants Program - Overtime during the period from January <br />1, 1999 through September 30, 1999. <br />David J. Pecchia, Chief of Police is hereby authorized to execute <br />such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the <br />project on behalf of the City of Lino Lakes. <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on December 1, 1998. <br />l ilyn G. Anderson, Clerk-Treasurer/Witness <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, <br />Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none, Council Member Lyden was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
