Council Member Bergeson <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 03 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NOS. 1 and 2 FOR THE 1998 <br />WEAR COURSE AND TRAIL PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, additional improvements have been completed by the contractor, <br />North Valley, Inc., as part of the 1998 Wear Course and Trail <br />Paving project, and <br />WHEREAS, the cost for these improvements has been reviewed and found to <br />be reasonable, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
