Council Member Lyden <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-10 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM THE FLAAA AND LLGSA <br />WHEREAS, the Forest Lake Area Athletic Association (FLAAA) and the Lino Lakes Girls <br />Softball Association (LLGSA) provide recreational opportunities for the youth of Lino Lakes <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA practices and schedules their games at the City Hall Park <br />ballfields; and <br />WHEREAS, the FLAAA and LLGSA has expressed their desire to assist the city in improving <br />the ballfields at City Hall Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council accepts the FLAAA and LLGSA donation of $3,000 to help finance improvements to <br />City Hall Park Field #2 including the new backstop, fencing, and players benches. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of <br />G. Andcrson—Clerk rcas Fer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, Sullivan <br />19 <br />Ki <br />ullivan <br />The following against same: none, Dahl and Neal were absent <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
