BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding by the City will not be made available until <br />such time as the City has received a commitment from the YMCA to finance their portion <br />of the project and a plan acceptable by both parties has been agreed to. <br />Dated: March 8, 1999 <br />ATTEST: <br />J <br />M. Sullivan, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Lyden, Sullivan <br />and the following voted against same: none, Dahl and Neal were absent <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
