Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-17 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />LANDSCAPING FOR THE CIVIC COMPLEX <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for landscaping for the Civic Complex; <br />bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />Name: Amount of Bid <br />Prescription Landscape, Inc. <br />1311 Sylvan St. <br />St. Paul, MN 55117 <br />$34,690.00 <br />ND WHEREAS, it appears that Prescription Landscape, Inc. St. Paul, Minnesota, is the <br />lowest responsible bidder for landscaping; <br />NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
