Council Member Bergeson <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -19 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE FOR WATER SERVICE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />CLERK TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and the City of Centerville agree that a controlled <br />connection of their two water systems is in the best interest of both <br />communities, and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.59, authorizes political subdivisions to <br />enter into Joint Powers Agreements: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
