1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contracts <br />in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the Civic Complex, according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file at Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />Ad pted by tj. uncil of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of April, 1999. <br />Jean M.
