Council Member Bergeson <br />�.. adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-25 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF LINO LAKES COMPREHENSIVE <br />LAND USE PLAN TO PROVIDE METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE <br />DESIGNATION (MUSA) FROM THE CITY'S INTERIM MUSA RESERVE AND <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT <br />KNOWN AS PEREGRINE PASS <br />WHEREAS, a Planned Development Overlay Preservation Development has been <br />approved by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes for Peregrine Pass, and <br />WHEREAS, this development does not currently have MUSA, single family <br />residential designation but is located within the area of the City that can draw MUSA <br />Designation from the Interim MUSA Reserve, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Draft Comprehensive Plan does indicated this area of <br />Peregrine Pass as future Low Density Residential, MUSA area but that Draft Plan has <br />not been approved by the Council, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 14, 1999 by the Planning and <br />Zoning Board concerning said Comprehensive Plan Amendment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the allocation of Interim MUSA Reserve and Single Family <br />Residential designation for Peregrine Pass based on the actual net developable acres <br />within the development. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City C <br />ATTEST: <br />N• .6(4°A/WI, <br />Marilyn G.
