Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-30 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, Department of Transportation State Aid for Local Transportation Division State Aid <br />Operation Rules Chapter 8820 allows cities to designate routes as Municipal State Aid, and <br />WHEREAS, the segments recommended to e added to the Lino Lakes Municipal State Aid <br />System are projected to carry a relatively heavier traffic volume or connect points of major traffic <br />interests within Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That non -existing I -35W south frontage road between Elm Street and Lake Drive is hereby <br />revoked as a Municipal State Aid street segment. The length of this segment is 1.08 miles. <br />2. That existing Fourth Avenue from Main Street to Pine Street be designated as Municipal State <br />Aid. S I <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on April 26, 1999. <br />n <br />Marilyn G.
