Council member <br />Bergeson <br />resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99- 42 <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1998 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, resolution 97-172 adopted the 1998 General Fund budget, and <br />WHEREAS, resolution 98-167 amended the budget for personnel cost adjustments for <br />the departmental reorganization, and recognized increases in building and related <br />permits, administrative fees, reimbursement from state and federal agencies for storm <br />damage, and increased state aid for police pension costs, and <br />WHEREAS, the General Fund budget should be amended to recognize additional grant <br />revenue and storm related expenditures, as well as computer equipment and software <br />purchases, and various contractual services provided for engineering, and planning <br />activities. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following budget amendment be <br />authorized per the attached "Schedule A": <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted: <br />(Resolutions\98 Budget Amendment,L) <br />
