Council Member Bergeson introduced the following ordinance <br />and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-50 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PROCEEDS OF SELLING 2.55 ACRES OF <br />LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BEHM'S CENTURY FARM PARK <br />WHEREAS, the City currently owns and 8.6 acre parcel of land in the Behm's Century <br />Farm Development and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the sale of 2.55 acres by Ordinance 16-99 <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has designated the proceeds from this sale to be directed <br />for the development of Behm's Century Farm Park and; <br />WHEREAS, if the total development costs are less than $75,000 a cashiers check will be <br />submitted for the difference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, the Council designates the proceeds of selling 2.55 acres of land for development <br />of Behm's Century Farm Park. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12t <br />4t �iz4U,-' <br />Maly:r= G.
