Council Member Dahl <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 57 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS — 77th STREET UTILITY <br />EXTENSION PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, a resident with failing septic systems has requested City sanitary sewer and water <br />service, and <br />WHEREAS, City sanitary sewer and water service is available and the City Council has <br />determined the improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
