Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE ANOKA COUNTY <br />I-35W/LAKE DRIVE INTERCHANGE RECONSTRUCTION FUNDING REQUEST <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is submitting a request for Federal funding for the reconstruction of <br />the I-35W/Lake Drive interchange, and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes have coordinated transportation planning <br />including the plan for reconstructing this interchange, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes supports the reconstruction of this interchange and will also <br />participate in the cost of reconstruction, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes supports Anoka County's request for Federal Surface Transportation <br />Funding and authorizes the City Engineer to send a letter of support to Anoka County <br />indicating their support. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council ths 2: " • -y of • .0 :t 1999. <br />4, be ly A S T'ivan, Mayor <br />( aiuk , 4J.
