Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 3 (FINAL) FOR THE 1998 WEAR <br />COURSE AND TRAIL PAVING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the 1998 Wear Course and Trail Paving Project <br />has been completed by North Valley, Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
