Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 99-96 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALL HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT — NANCY DRIVENICKY LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted May 10, 1999, and May 24, 1999, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of Nancy Drive and Vicky Lane by constructing watermain and sanitary sewer, and this report was received by the council on October 11, 1999, and, WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $536,200. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 22nd day of November, 1999, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
