Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 99-112 RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT PAYMENT FOR THE LAKE DRIVE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council passed by the council on October 27, 1997, the Lake Drive Trunk Utility Project was ordered; and, WHEREAS, utility easements are needed to construct the improvements; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council passed by the council on November 10, 1997, the acquisition of the necessary easements was authorized; and, WHEREAS, commissioner's appointed by the District Court have determined an award in the amount of $17,000 for the 705 Oak Lane parcel; and, WHEREAS, a payment of $7,977 has already been submitted to the property owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. To approve the payment in the amount of $9,023 for the following parcel: Virginia M. Hauer 705 Oak Lane Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council thi Ry el Gaustad, City Clerk ber, 1999. Kpberl Sull an, Mayor The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member T,yden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan The following voted against same: None Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
