Neal <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 99-115 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $100,000.00 DOLLARS FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND FUND BALANCE INTO THE CIVIC COMPLEX <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, in 1999, the City Council accepted the 1998 Financial Report, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1998 Financial Report identified excess revenues in the General <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration the City Council designated $100,000.00 dollars <br />for the purchase of a generator. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the council does hereby transfer <br />$100,000.00 from the Designated General Fund fund balance into the Civic <br />Complex Construction Fund. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this <br />tii6ily l Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />r, 1999. <br />Ilivan, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan <br />The following voted against the same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted <br />
