Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -116 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION <br />WITH THE 1999 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 2000 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br />Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of <br />residents who have delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the <br />Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1999 property tax <br />statements, collectable in 2000, and <br />WHEREAS, the certification list is attached hereto this resolution, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on October 4, 1999; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota that the City Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year <br />2000 upon the attached list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, ' ' nesot. 25th day of October 1999. <br />mb • ly r .. ullivan, Mayor <br />Ry el Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan <br />The following against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
