5. Sum remaining due. <br />I. Architect/Engineer will prepare final change order, reflecting approved <br />adjustments to contract sum not previously made by previous change orders. <br />3.05 Final Application for Payment: <br />A. Contractor shall submit final application in accordance with conditions of the <br />contract. <br />B. Final certificate for payment. <br />C. Architect/Engineer will issue final certificate in accordance with provisions of <br />general conditions. <br />D. Final payment will not be made until all close-out submittals are received and <br />approved and all work is completed, including all deficiencies noted in inspection <br />reports. <br />3.06 Construction Materials Asbestos Statement: <br />A.
