Section 01 78 36 <br />WARRANTIES <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 Description: <br />A. To provide the specified Contractor's and Material Manufacturer's Warranty at <br />the completion of the project. <br />1.02 Submittals: <br />A. Upon completion of work and prior to final payment, the following items are to <br />be submitted to the Architect/Engineer as part of this Section. <br />1. Copies of all manufacturer's punch lists and documentation of completion. <br />2. Copies of all Architect/Engineer's punch lists and documentation of <br />completion. <br />3. Manufacturer's report that roof has been inspected and is suitable for <br />warranty. <br />4. Contractor's two (2) year, labor -and -material warranty on all re -roofing <br />activities to Owner. <br />5. Manufacturer's labor -and -material warranty to Owner. <br />a. EPDM, twenty (20) year labor and material warranty. <br />b. Standing seam sheet metal, manufacturer's twenty (20) year <br />warranty on finish. <br />6. Manufacturer's labor -and -material warranty shall have no penal sum and <br />no dollar limit. <br />PART 2 - NOT USED <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 Submit all items in paragraph 1.1 above as part of project manual, Section 01 78 00. <br />3.2 Submit Contractor's warranty on following form. <br />City of Lino Lakes Warranties <br />Lino Lakes Fire Station #1 01 78 36-1 <br />RSI Project #15-12120-02 <br />
