The latest manufacturer specifications and installation techniques are to be <br />followed. <br />3.02 Inspection: <br />A. Examine the areas and conditions under which work in this section will be <br />installed. Correct conditions detrimental to the proper and timely completion of <br />the work. Do not proceed until such conditions have been corrected. <br />3.03 Surface Conditions: <br />A.
