Fasteners to be carbon steel with corrosion resistant <br />coating. Fastener shall show no more than 10% red rust corrosion <br />after 30 cycles or Kesternich testing. <br />b. Corrosion -resistant, factory -made plate. <br />c. Screw -and -plate type fastener to be Factory Mutual approved. <br />d. Approved Products: <br />1) UltraFast by Johns Manville <br />2) Roof Grip by ITW Buildex <br />3) Insulation Fastener by OMG <br />4) Dekfast by SFS Intec <br />e. Fasteners to be of sufficient length to penetrate top flange of deck <br />by 3/4". <br />2. Polyurethane Foam Adhesive <br />a. A two part polyurethane foam manufactured for attachment of roof <br />insulation boards. <br />b. Approved Products: <br />1) Millennium by Millennium Adhesive Products <br />2) Oly Bond by OMG <br />3) Approved Equal <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 General: <br />A. The latest manufacturer specifications and installation techniques are to be <br />followed. <br />3.02 Inspection: <br />A. Examine the areas and conditions under which work in this section will be <br />installed. Correct conditions detrimental to the proper and timely completion of <br />the work. Do not proceed until such conditions have been corrected. <br />3.03 Surface Conditions: <br />A.
