Bids Due: February 29, 2015 @ 2:00 PM <br />D. Place Due: City of Lino Lakes <br />600 Town Center Parkway <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55104 <br />E. Bid Opening: Public <br />1.02 Guided Tour of Existing Building: <br />A. A guided tour of the existing building will be conducted for the purpose of <br />allowing all invited bidders to examine the site of the proposed work. Attendance <br />at the guided tour is mandatory on the part of all invited bidders. (See Section 00 <br />31 00 - Information Available to Bidders.) <br />1.03 Bid Security <br />B. Each bidder shall submit with his proposal a surety bond, payable to Owner, in <br />the amount of 5% of bid. Surety must be authorized to do business in the State of <br />the project location. Bid security to be guaranty that bidder will not withdraw bid <br />without Owner's consent. Bids to be valid for 30 days. <br />1.04 Rejection: <br />A.
