3.07 Submission of Post -bid Information: <br />A. With contract, submit: <br />1. Certificate of insurance (AIA form G705). <br />B. Within ten (10) days after execution of contract, submit: <br />1. A list of names of subcontractors and suppliers for Architect's/Engineer's <br />review. <br />2. A list of specific materials proposed for use. <br />3. Schedule to accomplish work. <br />C. No application for payment will be considered until required submittals in (A) and <br />(B) above are received and approved by Architect/Engineer and Owner. <br />3.08 Time of Completion: <br />A. Contractor shall indicate in their bid the number of consecutive calendar days <br />within which all work will be completed. This will be considered in awarding the <br />contract. <br />3.01 Permits and Fees: <br />A. The Contractor is responsible for securing and paying for all permits and <br />inspection fees. Contact local building official regarding requirements.
