RMU Specific Actions: Marshan RMU <br />Actions identified by Issue Category <br />WATER RATE & QUANTITY <br />Evaluate opportunities for volume reduction in key subwatersheds including MAR -0059, MAR -108 and MAR -110. <br />Ensure that development and redevelopment construct onsite volume controls to alleviate the potential flooding without <br />increasing downstream discharge of urban hydrology to Marshan Lake. <br />WATER QUALITY <br />Address impairments for Marshan Lake as identified in the TMDL study and in the implementation plan when this <br />effort is completed. <br />Maximize load reduction on city projects.
