FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT Target wetland restoration projects in the northern drainage ditch of ACD 55 (a tile system) to alleviate flooding problems and potentially generate mitigation credit. Address the two areas within the City of Lino Lakes where there is less than 1 foot of freeboard on the road. NATURAL RESOURCES Address the wildlife barrier that exists as a result of the interstate and discuss options with MnDNOT to make existing culvert a safer crossing for wildlife.
