COUNCIL MINUTES January 25, 2016 <br />DRAFT <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : January 25, 2016 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:33 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:03 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Rafferty, Kusterman, Maher, <br />9 Manthey, and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karlson; Community Development Director Michael <br />13 Grochala; City Engineer Diane Hankee; Director of Public Safety John Swenson <br />14 <br />15 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />16 <br />17 No one was present to address the council regarding a matter not on the agenda. <br />18 <br />19 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />20 <br />21 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />22 <br />23 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />24 <br />25 Mayor Reinert presented a plaque to former Planning and Zoning Board Member Michael Hyden, <br />26 who served the board from August 1, 2001 to December 31, 2015. Mr. Hyden thanked the city and <br />27 the council for the opportunity to serve and he acknowledged the fine work of city staff, especially <br />28 Community Development Director Michael Grochala. <br />29 <br />30 CONSENT AGENDA <br />31 <br />32 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as corrected to indicate that <br />33 Council Members Manthey and Maher were present at the January 11, 2016 council meeting and that <br />34 former Council Members Stoesz and Roeser were not present. Council Member Manthey seconded <br />35 the motion.
