COUNCIL MINUTES January 25, 2016 <br />DRAFT <br />135 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-02, amended to include Lots 15, 16 <br />136 and 17 of Rice Lake Terrace and remove Outlot E, West Oaks. Council Member Rafferty seconded <br />137 the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />138 <br />139 6C) Resolution No. 16-05, Approving Payment No. 6 and Final payment for the 21st Avenue <br />140 Extension Project — City Engineer Hankee reviewed the written report. She reviewed the project <br />141 final cost, coming in about $25,000 under budget. <br />142 <br />143 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-05 as presented. Council Member <br />144 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />145 <br />146 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />147 <br />148 There was no Unfinished Business. <br />149 <br />150 NEW BUSINESS <br />151 <br />152 Council Member Manthey noted the passing of Des Englund who served the communities of Lino <br />153 Lakes and Centerville for more than twenty years as a firefighter. He'll be dearly missed. <br />154 <br />155 COMMUNITY EVENTS <br />156 <br />157 SNOW DAY - This is a FREE event that will be held on Saturday, January 30 at Wargo Nature <br />158 Center from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Ice Fishing, cross country skiing, kicksledding, snowshoeing, etc. <br />159 For more information contact the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department. <br />160 SWEETHEART PARTY will be held at Centennial Elementary School on Friday, February 5th from <br />161 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The fee is $10.00 per child. There will be music, crafts, refreshments, etc. <br />162 Pre -registration is required. For more information contact the Lino Lakes Parks and Rec.
