CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-81 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />2015 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT (SHENANDOAH AREA) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 15-36 of the Council adopted on April 13, 2015, awarding <br />the contract for the 2015 Street Reconstruction Project (Shenandoah Area) to Arnt Construction <br />Company, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of ($28,560). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />L vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, C.
