CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-85 <br />APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE FOR NORTHWAY TOBACCO 2 INC. <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br />and verified that licensing requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has completed the required background <br />investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the new tobacco licenses for Northway Tobacco <br />2, Inc. 701 Apollo Drive, Suite 110. <br />-- Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of August 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />uanne Bartell, Cit Cler <br />Jeff Rei e , Mayor <br />
