CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-87 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE 3rd ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for NorthPointe 3rd Addition with <br />Resolution No. 15-86 on August 24, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement & Planned Unit Development Agreement between <br />Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc. and the City of Lino Lakes for NorthPointe 3r1 Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of August, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />u iar, e Bartell, <br />
