`.� CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-95 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY ACQUISITION <br />AQUA LANE TRUNK WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City's Comprehensive Plan identifies the need for improvements to the <br />municipal water system to enhance and provide redundancy to the City's fire protection, water <br />volume, and flow; and <br />WHEREAS, the extension of water main from Aqua Lane to Black Duck Drive has been <br />identified as a necessary extension of the City's trunk water system; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 15-29 on March 23, 2015 authorizing <br />preparation of plans and specification; and <br />WHEREA, construction of the proposed improvements will require the acquisition of permanent <br />and temporary easements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />City staff is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement with WSB and Associates, <br />Inc., in the amount of $23,350.00 for property acquisition services. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of September, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />RnPser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Rafferty) <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff Reine a or <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />3 <br />
