7. Perform evaluation of past Environmental Board recommendations for development projects. <br />Review a sampling of a variety of projects by on-site visits, discussion with city staff, and <br />landowners, neighbors, on the outcomes of the board's recommendations. If necessary, submit <br />a summary of significant findings resulting from the review in writing to the Community <br />Development Director. <br />8. Support Conservation Development within the city through site review processes by <br />incorporating The Resources Management System Plan components of the City Comprehensive <br />Plan. The use of the planning documents within the Comprehensive Plan that enable <br />Conservation Development include: <br />• The Lino Lakes Handbook For Environmental Planning and Conservation <br />Development, <br />• The Minnesota Land Cover Classification System and Natural Resource Inventory for <br />Lino Lakes <br />• The Minnesota County Biologic Survey <br />• The Lino Lakes Assessment of Existing Ecological Conditions and Management <br />Opportunities <br />• The Lino Lakes Handbook For Environmental Planning and Conservation <br />Development <br />• The Minnesota DNR Regionally Significant Ecological Areas Assessment, Rare <br />Wildlife and Plant Models built by the City <br />• The Lino Lakes Parks, Natural Open Space/Greenways, and Trails System Plan, <br />• The I -35E Corridor Alternative Urban Area -wide Review (AUAR) assessment <br />• The Rice Creek Watershed District/Lino Lakes Resources Management Plan <br />• The Assessment of Development, Suitability and Natural Resources Conservation <br />Opportunities study, <br />• The City of Lino Lakes Local Surface Water Management Plan <br />9. Support the Community Garden site and continue the partnership with Park Department to <br />manage the Community Garden site. <br />10. Do an annual review/update in regards to the Lino Lakes EAB Implementation Plan. Offer <br />residents opportunities for tree purchasing and possibly tree treatment. <br />11. Continue to work on Wollan's Park Wetland bank to achieve wetland bank credits by the end of <br />the year 2019 and investigate new banking opportunities. <br />12. Continue to monitor the Heron rookery and water quality in the northern one third of Peltier <br />Lake and to support the protection of resources in that area. Update Council on these matters. <br />Recruit new volunteers to help with rookery maintenance and monitoring. <br />
