CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-101 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THE PROPOSED 2016 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2015 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2016 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled <br />City Council meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />'WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 14, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. <br />during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2015-2016 <br />tax levy and 2016 operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of September, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Ci <br />Clerk <br />
