L <br />PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT AND PARTICIPATION <br />Public Engagement and Participation <br />The Anoka County Parks and Recreation Department has been working with the local units of government <br />and regulatory agencies, as well as the Anoka County Transportation Division, which includes the Highway <br />Department and the Transit Department, in the planning process of this trail master plan. <br />The draft master plan was developed and Anoka County will he reaching out to the public for comment. <br />Figure 15, illustrates the population racial density by census tract tor the service area of the trail. It is the <br />intent of Anoka County to conduct a public comment period as well to receive public comment. The draft master plan will be posted on the Anoka County website.
