CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-120 <br />APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REGARDING MAINTENANCE OF WEST CEDAR STREET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes entered into an <br />agreement to pave West Cedar Street. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes desire to enter into a <br />Joint Powers Agreement to provide ongoing maintenance to West Cedar Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Centerville regarding <br />maintenance on West Cedar Street. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of November, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />Kusterman, Stoesz, Roeser, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Rafferty) <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City ' lerk <br />resolution was introduced by Council <br />Council Member Stoesz <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Reinert <br />and <br />
