CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-121 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL FOR THE 2014 MILL AND OVERLAY <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 14-93 of the Council adopted August 20, 2014, awarding the <br />contract for the 2014 Mill and Overlay Project to Rum River Contracting. <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 3 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 3 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $495,874.24. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26 day of October, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Kusterman) <br />ATTEST: <br />• li ; nne Bartell, C Cl <br />
