CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-134 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 9 AND FINAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF WELL NO. 6 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14-126, adopted on October 27, 2014, the City Council, <br />awarded the contract for the Construction of Well No. 6 to Keys Well Drilling Co.; and <br />WHEREAS, the contractor has satisfactorily completed the improvement and a complete <br />summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 9 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the work <br />completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Payment Request No. 9 (Final) is hereby approved for a <br />final contract amount of $140,312.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23`d day of November, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman,Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />is e Bartell, City <br />
