CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-140 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF <br />THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT FOR <br />CENTURY FARM NORTH 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Century <br />Farm North was approved by the City Council on July 28, 2014 with Resolution No. 14-43; and <br />WHEREAS, an extension of time for the submittal of the Planned Unit Development Final Plan/ <br />Final Plat for Century Farm North 6th Addition was approved by the City Council on May 11, <br />2015 with Resolution No. 15-47; and <br />WHEREAS, the city's zoning and subdivision ordinance requires the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br />be submitted within one year after approval of the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary <br />Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer submitted an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat within one <br />year after the date of approval of the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat but then <br />requested the application not be presented to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the developer has requested the city to extend the time allowed for submittal of a <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />1. The PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Century Farm North 6th Addition shall be <br />submitted by July 31, 2016 unless an additional extension is granted by the City <br />Council. <br />2.
