APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The approval of March 3, 2016 minutes was postponed until the next meeting.
35E DISTRIBUTION FACILITY – TAX INCREMENT FINANCING POLICY
Michael Grochala, Community Development Director, presented his report on the 35E
distribution facility and Tax Increment Financing. Staff is interested in having a general
discussion on the topic.
Mr. Grochala responded to questions and concerns from the board. Topics of discussion included
traffic, tax variations, benefit to the City, permitted use, potential construction timeline,
ownership, and noise concerns.
49 CLUB DEMOLITION
Mr. Grochala gave an update on the 49 Club, as outlined in the staff report. Mr. Grochala and
board members discussed utilities, changing market dynamics, soil, and cost of demolition.
PROJECT UPDATES
Mr. Grochala provided updates on projects throughout Lino Lakes.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 AM.
