RESOLUTION NO. 16-31
RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has submitted a peddlers license application to the city
clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613
of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the
company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
Devin Sellin, Eric Chambers, Brody Boudin, Alexander Minnick, Avery Peterson, Dakotah
Schulte, Maxwell Johnson, Ryan Chambers, Kayla Dietsch and Andrew Dibucci are employees
of Custom Remodelers Inc., and are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months
beginning May 10, 2016 and ending November 10, 2016.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2016.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
