RESOLUTION NO. 16-34
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES OVER AND UNDER PARCEL 5PE,
ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 96
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is the owner of certain real property described as
Parcel 5PE of Anoka Right -of -Way Plat No. 96; and
WHEREAS, Anoka County is replacing and adding to their system the storm sewer
required for the Roundabout Construction Project at the Intersection of County State Aid
Highway 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) and County Road 53 (Sunset Ave.); and
WHEREAS, Anoka County has requested conveyance of a permanent easement for
drainage purposes over said parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino
Lakes authorizes the conveyance of a permanent easement for drainage purposes over
and under parcel 5PE Anoka County plat No. 96.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2016.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council
Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Reinert
