RESOLUTION NO. 16-70
APPROVING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT SURETY AGREEMENT
NORTHPOINTE 4T11 ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 16-65 on July 11, 2016 approving the
Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement (PUD Agreement) for
NorthPointe 4th Addition; and
WHEREAS, the PUD Agreement requires financial security of Developer Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is providing the financial security for Developer Improvements
with a Public Improvement Surety Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Public Improvement Surety Agreement for NorthPointe 4th Addition.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of July, 2016.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Kusterman, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert
