RESOLUTION NO. 17-4
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE NORTHPOINTE 2ND STREET
AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 14-122 of the Council adopted October 13, 2014, awarding
the contract for the NorthPointe 2"d Street and Utility Improvement project to Kuechle
Underground Inc.
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment
Request No. 5 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $775,559.76.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Mantney and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Kusterman, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert
