RESOLUTION NO. 17-06
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT
PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH WALDOCH FARM (8174 LAKE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the site and building plans for a parking lot
expansion project located at 8174 Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as:
THAT PRT OF LOT 12 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO 138
LYG S OF N 525 FT THEREOF; and
WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution
of a site performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Waldoch
Farm is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such
agreements on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council
Member Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Kusterman, Rafferty, Maher, Reinert
