RESOLUTION NO. 17-08
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF WETLAND AND NATURAL RESOURCE
RESTORATION REVOLVING FUND PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Wollan Park Wetland Bank application on January
9, 2012 (Resolution No 12-24); and
WHEREAS, The Wollan Park wetland bank has been approved by the Minnesota Board of
Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) and the Army Corps of Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is in the best interests of the City to develop a
plan for the use and disposition of available credits in the wetland bank to support the continued
implementation of the City's Parks, Natural Open Space/Greenways and Trail System Plan; and
WHEREAS, The City has received a proposal from WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare said
plan;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of
Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare the Wetland and
Natural Resource Revolving Fund Plan for the amount of $8,182.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of January, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council MemberKinsterman and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Kusterman, Maher, Reinert
The following voted against same:
