RESOLUTION NO. 17-25
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
LANDFORM AND WSB & ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes is required to update its Comprehensive Plan to meet the
requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and
WHEREAS, Landform has submitted a proposal to assist the City with the preparation of the
Public Engagement and Land Use planning elements of the Comprehensive Plan Update; and
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates have submitted a proposal to assist the City with the Water
Resources, Transportation and Park planning elements of the Comprehensive Plan Update;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes,
that the proposal for Comprehensive Plan Update Professional Services is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized execute the agreement for services with
Landform on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposal for Comprehensive Plan Update Professional
Services is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized execute the
agreement for services with WSB and Associates on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon
vote beingtaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthy, Kusterman, _, Maher, Reinert
The following voted against same:
None (Abstain - Rafferty)
