RESOLUTION NO. 17-42
ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
WEST SHADOW DRIVE AND LAMOTTE NEIGHBORHOOD STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 17-07, adopted January 9, 2017, a feasibility report has
been prepared by WSB and Associates, with reference to West Shadow Lake and LaMotte
Neighborhood Street Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, council requested the cost of the project for inclusion into the 5 year Street
Reconstruction Plan; and
WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on May 8, 2017, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes:
Accepts the feasibility report, prepared by WSB and Associates, dated May 8, 2017, and will
consider such improvements in accordance with the report. The Council will determine in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and
feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement; and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of May, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Kusterman, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert
The following voted against same:
Maher
