RESOLUTION NO. 17-46
`-- RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECORDING THE
FINAL PLAT OF ST. CLAIR ESTATES
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino
Lakes ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the final plat for St. Clair Estates, a residential subdivision, was approved by the
City Council on February 27, 2017 with Resolution No. 16-133; and
WHEREAS, Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall record the plat within 90 days after
the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the
developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Jamie Jensen, St. Clair Land Company, has requested a 90 day extension to
finalize details related to financing.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes,
1. The final plat and related documents for St. Clair Estates shall be recorded with
Anoka County by August 26, 2017 unless an additional extension is granted by the
City Council.
2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 16-133 will continue to apply to the
site.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of May, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
