RESOLUTION NO. 16-151
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE
AGREEMENT WITH FOREST LAKE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #831
(LINO LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION)
WHEREAS, the City has completed the review of the conditional use permit amendment and
site plan review for the Lino Lakes Elementary School Renovation located at 725 Main Street;
and
WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution
of a site improvement performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Forest Lake
Independent School District #831 is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute such agreements on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council
Member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none (absent— Kusterman)
