COUNTY OF ANOKA
RESOLUTION NO. 17-75
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EXCEL EXTERIORS
WHEREAS, Excel Exteriors has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's
office; and
WHEREAS, Excel Exteriors has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino
Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and
WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino
Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota:
Timothy Skalsky, Roman Morales, Robert Mcabee, Patrick Prokisch and Zachary Robinette of
Excel Exteriors are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning July 25, 2017
and ending January 25, 2017.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July, 2017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert
